# SelbsAI — Data Processing Overview

## Storefront and orders

Contact, configuration, billing, delivery, payment status, and order records are processed to prepare and perform the contract. Payment information is handled by Stripe. Delivery data are shared with the selected carrier.

## Customer portal

Supabase authentication is used to identify customers and restrict access to their order and provisioning records.

## Optional Pre-Load

When purchased, customer-supplied documents are uploaded to private provisioning storage for indexing and verification. Access is restricted to the order workflow and authorised operations. Files are removed according to the agreed retention schedule; a deletion confirmation can be supplied.

## Website measurement

SelbsAI records first-party, cookie-free page and conversion events. These events do not include IP addresses, browser fingerprints, advertising identifiers, form content, or customer documents. Browser Do Not Track is respected.
